Technical Instructor for Cardiac and Pulmonary Rehabilitation
Band 4 - 22.5 hours per week
We are looking for an enthusiastic person who can assess and treat patients autonomously, whilst working effectively and collaboratively as part of a multi –disciplinary team committed to providing both pulmonary and cardiac rehabilitation for patients with a wide range of respiratory and cardiac conditions.
You will work closely with physiotherapists during class-based rehabilitation sessions at both Ashton and Glossop primary care centres and individually, helping to complete both initial assessments to determine suitability, and discharge assessments for patients who have completed the programmes.
You will also be required to complete none clinical work including taking telephone calls, appointment booking and audit data input for both the Cardiac and Pulmonary Rehabilitation services.
