Dundonald Primary School is a happy, caring, two-form entry primary school in the heart of the community in Wimbledon, London. An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and versatile person to join the support staff team. We are looking for a part time School Reception & Administration Assistant who will support our School Administrator. They will become one of the first people visitors will meet when they come to our school.We are looking for a friendly, flexible person who will:
Provide a warm, confident welcome for all visitorsAnswer telephone calls, providing professional and courteous customer serviceManage the arrival of visitors including support with the sign-in system, and implementing agreed safeguarding proceduresHave excellent communication and teamwork skills and work collaboratively with the rest of our office team
Communicate clearly and appropriately with young children and their parents/carers
Be organised and have a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail in their work
Have some knowledge of ICT software packages such as Microsoft
