Summary
We are currently looking for an enthusiastic, highly motivated person to lead our administrative teams for Gastroenterology.
The primary role is to be responsible for the management of the teams of Patient Pathway Coordinators, Clinical Typists and Records Assistants; including daily performance management of key targets, people management such as supporting and managing individuals through sickness periods, providing training and development and carrying out appraisals.
The post is based at Kings Mill with visits to Newark Hospital. The hours are 37.5 per week Monday-Friday between with some flexibility and home working. You will be responsible for the direct line management of around 30 people so as such we are looking for a candidate with strong leadership skills.
