Summary
The must haves for this role: Experience in a senior organisational leadership post covering patient safety and clinical quality Skills to influence and engage senior managers and clinicians within the NHS on the subject of patient safety and compliance Understanding and application of recommended tools and methodologies for completing patient safety learning responses Ability to undertake robust and formal investigations and reviews into patient safety incidents and produce meaningful and high-quality reports Ability to reflect, analyse and interpret highly complex information and concisely draw conclusion, making sound judgement and confidently justify decisions made For further information about the role, please see attached job description and person specification.
