- Assisting in the daily care and supervision of children in line with the EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage) framework.
- Supporting the planning and delivery of fun and engaging activities that promote children's development.
- Helping to create a safe, welcoming, and stimulating environment for children.
- Observing and monitoring children's progress, contributing to learning records.
- Supporting children with meal times, personal care, and hygiene.
- Building strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Learning and implementing safeguarding policies and procedures.
- Attending training and completing coursework to achieve the Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification.
