Summary
Carers Day to Day Tasks: I will need you to help me get ready for the day (mum will choose my clothes) and then you will support to get me either into my wheelchair ready to go out or into my peapod chair to relax at home. I will need you to assist with all my feeding which is completed via PEG and also my medication which is given via peg.
