As we continue to expand, we are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive growth, enhance customer engagement, and refine our sales strategies while upholding our core principles.
Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate with senior management to define product offerings, establish effective sales strategies, and set clear growth targets to increase online sales and expand market reach. • Engage with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs, conduct surveys, and evaluate customer feedback on products, pricing, and packaging. • Analyse sales performance and market trends to identify areas for improvement and new business opportunities. • Develop and execute marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives to boost brand awareness and customer loyalty, working closely with the marketing team and senior management. • Generate detailed reports on sales data, market conditions, and customer insights, providing strategic recommendations to senior leadership. • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to ensure Abraham’s maintains a competitive edge in the Halal, ethical meat market, as well as other product categories.
What We’re Looking For
• Experience in business development, sales, or market expansion, preferably in the food, ethical sourcing, or Halal industry. • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to sales and marketing strategies. • Excellent relationship management and communication skills to engage clients and stakeholders effectively. • A deep understanding of Halal and ethical food standards and a passion for sustainable business growth. • Ability to identify market trends, adjust strategies accordingly, and drive continuous improvement.
