Summary
What skills and experience we're looking for
The successful candidate will be:
• An inspiring and motivated practitioner who is eager to develop their skills further
• Passionate in their desire to work with children with disability
• Committed to an inclusive curriculum and have high expectations of all pupils, including those with Special Educational Needs and Disability (SEND)
• Nurturing and have a caring personality
• A highly effective practitioner in terms of supporting a child/ren with (SEND) during lesson delivery so that they can access learning
• Be able to develop positive relationships with staff, pupils and parents and have excellent interpersonal skills
• Rigorous in ensuring any pupil in their care makes the required progress in order to reach their true potential
• Show a commitment to extra-curricular activities and parental engagement events
