Introduction
Seeking a skilled IT support administrator/technician to work in a small, friendly IT company, to help support and manage an array of companies with their IT-related operations. Proactively collaborating and working independently. Sustaining and supporting all hardware and software with surrounding services, ensuring continuous service delivery, and customer satisfaction. From first to third line support and clientele management.
Working will be flexible but entail working from home, and onsite with the clients.
Responsibilities:
To provide IT service support to clientele – managing, monitoring, and reporting. Respond, analyse, and diagnose faults, implement fixes, or escalate and liaise with third parties.
To sustain all relevant client IT equipment, software, and service:
Desktops, Laptops, Tablets, Mobile devices. Windows 10, 11, Windows Servers.
Microsoft 365 tenancy services – Azure/Entra, Autopilot, Intune, SharePoint, Exchange. Third-party software – RMM, Monitoring, Security, Backup. Hosted Phone Services.
Microsoft 365 Apps – OneDrive, Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, Project, Power BI.
To administer, manage, and monitor all other relating SAAS, including RMM, Security, and Backup.
To take on responsibility supporting clientele IT operations.
To carry out hardware installation, maintenance, and upgrades to all IT-related equipment.
To take responsibility, hone skills and develop further knowledge, encouraging professional development.
Requirements:
Good knowledge and working experience with IT Equipment including Desktops, Laptops, Tablets and Mobile Devices, Network equipment.
Good knowledge and working experience of Microsoft 365 services including SharePoint Outlook, OneDrive, Teams, Project, and Power BI.
Good knowledge and working experience of Microsoft 365 management / specialised services including Microsoft tenancies, Autopilot, Azure, Intune, and SharePoint.
Good knowledge and working experience of Network Environments including LANs, WLANs, and WANs.
Some knowledge and working experience in RMM, security and backup solutions.
Some knowledge and working experience of other various SAAS.
Proactive and enthusiastic approach.
Previous experience in IT Support.
Good communication skills.
Good attention to detail.
Previous experience in a customer service-based role.
Ability to drive a vehicle and possess a valid driving license.
Optional
A-level IT-related or equivalent academic qualifications preferred but not essential.
Degree-level academic qualifications would be preferred but not essential.
Microsoft Certification would be preferred but not essential.
