Summary
As a Junior Chef de Partie your responsibilities will include:
Supervises the section to ensure that it runs smoothly at all times.
Confirms with the Junior Sous Chef any day-to-day special requirements or up-coming events.
Carries out any reasonable checks to ensure all duties have been fulfilled during the day.
Checks storage areas to ensure that proper storage and rotation of food takes place.
Ensures that all food is prepared to recipes designated by the Chef.
Supervises the cleaning of equipment, fridges, worktops and work areas - to ensure that areas are left as one would expect to find them.
