As part of our Neighbourhoods team, you’ll deliver community safety services across our neighbourhoods and contribute to improving those services.

What you’ll be doing:
• Dealing with tenancy management issues and tackling anti-social behaviour.
• Resolving breaches of tenancy.
• Assisting with and delivering community initiatives.
• Developing local communications and providing information to tenants and stakeholders.
• Creating and maintaining relationships with internal and external partners.
• Providing advice, assistance, and support to tenants.
• Collaborating with colleagues to take statements and prepare evidence to support appropriate interventions.

What we’re looking for:
• Progress towards a housing qualification, or membership of CIH would be ideal.
• Knowledge of housing legislation would be ideal.
• Experience of working in a tenant-focussed environment, especially in relation anti-social behaviour, or enforcing tenancy conditions.
• Ability to travel between Company locations to meet the role requirements.
