Are you a Civil Engineer looking for a dynamic role within a motivated and collaborative team? We are recruiting on behalf of a leading consultancy that delivers innovative engineering solutions across a diverse range of projects.
The Role:
This is an excellent opportunity for a Civil Engineer seeking career progression and exposure to a variety of engineering challenges. You'll start with an office-based role, transitioning to a hybrid setup (3 days in-office) after a 3-month probation period. You will work closely with senior management and gain hands-on experience in key aspects of civil engineering design and consultancy.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Site appraisals, feasibility assessments & pre-planning reports (Flood Risk Assessments, Foul Drainage & Utility Assessments)
✅ Drainage & earthworks modelling
✅ Highways design (S38 / 184 / 278)
✅ Preparation of detailed design information for tender & construction
✅ Contract management & client representation
What We're Looking For:
✔ Minimum 2 years' experience in a civil engineering consultancy
✔ BSc or BEng qualified (ideally with industry experience)
✔ Strong written & verbal communication skills
✔ Commercial awareness & ability to collaborate within a team
