More detail about the role In this role, you will work collaboratively across the acute provider Trusts and ICBs of the South West to develop and deliver a programme to implement improved clinical and non-clinical Urology pathways across Cornwall, Devon and Somerset. This includes sites in: Exeter; Plymouth, Bodmin, Truro, Yeovil, Torquay and Taunton. You will work in partnership with an appointed Senior Project Manager to help transform the Urology care we offer to the population in the South West. You will lead the development of this programme alongside stakeholders from a number of organisations, and therefore this role requires an individual to work at an operational, tactical and strategic level to achieve this transformational programme. The post attracts 1.5 Consultant PAs for a 12 month role, hosted by the Royal Devon.
