Summary
The post holder will have overall responsibility to provide efficient and effective administration of the Tommys Application. They will also maintain an accurate screening database and provide accurate statistical information. The post holder is accountable to the Transformation Lead Midwife. The role involves but is not limited to: To administrate an appointment and follow-up system in response to the Tommys application assessments taken at the initial midwife appointment and following the first ultrasound scan. To maintain data records of all patients who attend the services and liaise as appropriately with external service providers. To provide analysis for the quarterly KPIs and annual report. To meet the targets as defined by the CNST safety action six publication and alert the Transformation Lead Midwife of impending breeches with identified remedial actions required. To liaise closely with the Lead Midwives, Doctors, women and birthing people to ensure the smooth running of the Service. To provide administrative support to the Transformation Lead Midwife in managing the Tommys application at Lewisham and Greenwich Trust. To book urgent and routine appointments through Electronic Referral System. To update the Tommys application database with both the appointment made and confirm that it has taken place.
