Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing and Sales Coordinator to join our team. This role will be responsible for supporting and implementing digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive sales growth. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and sales expertise to grow online presence and convert ‘likes’ into customers.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing
• Execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, SEO, PPC, and content marketing.
• Support in the management of social media accounts, create engaging content, and grow audience engagement.
• Support in optimizing website content for SEO and track performance using Google Analytics and other digital tools.
• Support with email marketing campaigns, including designing, segmenting lists, and analysing performance metrics.
• Coordinate with graphic designers and content creators to develop high-quality digital assets.
Sales Coordination
• Assist in developing sales materials, presentations, and proposals.
• Respond to inquiries from prospective customers and coordinate follow-ups.
• Support the sales team in achieving revenue targets through strategic marketing initiatives.
• Research market trends, competitors, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.
Administrative and Product Support
• Coordinate order processing, including managing purchase orders and invoices.
• Assist in designing product labels, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Generate barcodes and manage SKU assignments for new products.
• Work with Operations team to coordinate printing and packaging needs.
Skills & Attributes
• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Passion for social media, digital trends, and understanding of target audience behavior.
• Prior experience in a social commerce or e-commerce-focused role is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills to evolve into a multicultural environment
