Role Overview

We are seeking a Partner to lead and expand our Transaction Services practice. This senior leadership role requires a seasoned professional with deep expertise in financial due diligence and transaction structuring. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong commercial acumen, capable of driving business growth, enhancing client relationships, and leading high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Market Leadership
• Drive the growth of the Transaction Services practice through proactive business development and strategic client engagement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, private equity firms, and corporate stakeholders.
• Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities, leveraging industry insights to expand service offerings.
• Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance market visibility.

Client Advisory & Transaction Execution
• Lead complex financial due diligence assignments for buy-side and sell-side transactions.
• Advise clients on transaction structuring, risk assessment, and value drivers.
• Provide strategic insights and high-level advisory services to clients across various industries.
• Ensure high-quality deliverables, overseeing financial models, deal analysis, and risk mitigation strategies.

Leadership & Team Development
• Mentor and develop high-performing teams, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning.
• Recruit, retain, and develop top talent within the Transaction Services team.
• Lead by example, driving innovation, efficiency, and best practices in transaction advisory services.

Strategic Growth & Firmwide Collaboration
• Work closely with other practice areas to deliver integrated solutions to clients.
• Contribute to the overall strategic direction of Queen’s Tower, shaping the firm’s market positioning and service innovation.
• Stay ahead of regulatory changes, market trends, and industry best practices to inform the firm’s advisory approach.

Qualifications & Experience
• 15+ years of experience in Transaction Services or financial due diligence within a top-tier professional services firm.
• Professional qualifications such as ACA, CFA, or equivalent are preferred.
• Proven track record of business development and revenue generation within transaction advisory services.
• Strong deal execution expertise, including financial due diligence, deal structuring, and risk assessment.
• Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and client relationship skills.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to navigate complex transactions and provide commercially sound advice.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
