Summary
We are seeking experienced factory supervisors to join our clients great team. PERM POSITION.
We are currently seeking a loading bay supervisor to help support our clients specialist steel warehouse in the heart of Burton on Trent.
You will be responsible for overseeing the safe, efficient, and organized loading and offloading goods for delivery or shipment.
You will be managing the loading team, ensuring compliance and safety/quality standards, and coordinating logistics to ensure timely dispatch.
Applicants for this role will need to have:
• Proven experience in a logistics or warehouse supervisory role
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent understanding of safety regulations and best practices
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ongoing permanent role with an immediate start date.
You will be working Monday to Friday, hours are 10:00 to 19:00.
This role pays £16.41 per hour, an annual salary of £32,000.
