This role is subject to -

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a well-motivated individual to join us to provide the dedicated support necessary for the smooth operation of the Manchester Move Service.

The Manchester Move Service administer all central services to ensure access to the Manchester Housing Register. The service works to ensure that applications are accurate, advice is timely and of high quality and that the IT platform is working effectively.

The role holder will carry out a variety of administrative tasks and processes to provide the advice and support necessary for the smooth operation of the Manchester Move Service.

The role holder will provide person centred advice and support to applicants and Manchester Move Service partners.

The role holder will play an active role in the Manchester Move team to ensure a high quality service to all partners including training and assurance work.


You will work in a fast paced, challenging and demanding environment, you must be adaptable, possess the ability to be flexible and be ready to take on different challenges.


You will be able to demonstrate excellent communication and organisational skills. Have good ICT skills including experience of Microsoft packages.
