About the Role

An opportunity has arisen to work as part of the Business Support Services Team in Adults & Communities as an Admin Team Leader. We have a part time position based across County Hall & our Coalville Locality Office.

To work flexibly as part of a team to provide an efficient, effective and comprehensive county wide administrative business support service across A&C localities, maintaining a high-quality responsive customer service for both internal and external customers.

About You

To apply for this post, you must:

  • Have an NVQ Level 2 Business Administration or equivalent administrative or secretarial
  • Have extensive understanding of the work of an Adults & Communities department, including the linkages between different teams and processes
  • Knowledge of the preparation / production of reports, spreadsheets, correspondence, and other documentation
  • Use Microsoft Office tools to an expert standard
  • Know the importance of customer service
  • Know the importance of confidentiality
  • Have experience of supervision of Staff
