Sabine Rooftop Bar are looking for a Host bring their positive and sunny personalities to the secret garden sanctuary.
Sabine Rooftop Bar offers an exciting experience of the London skyline from Leonardo Royal Hotel London St Paul’s roof terrace. Our team is diverse and unique, where we aim for first-class hospitality every time. The breath-taking views and botanical interior theme offer the perfect vibe for those looking to escape the bustle of the city- with two outside terraces – one with a retractable domed roof.
As Host, you’ll play a key part in our guest’s experience, so we want you to bring your warm and friendly personality to work with you every day. You’ll be dealing with guest requests and anticipating their needs and provide solutions whilst also ensuring each visit is filled with the perfect escape from the busy city life.

As a Host, you will:
- Be yourself
- Have a genuine passion for food and beverage
- Have passion for people – not only will you be looking after our guests but also work closely with the team
- Be able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Handle telephone reservations
- Take payments and support the team on the floor when needed
