Summary
To improve the quality of all aspects of care and management across the hospital/s and take the lead in service delivery, strategic alliance and daily service provisions. To deliver the vision and strategy of Iris Care Group and Pinetree Hospital, working collaboratively with other colleagues, shaping strategic thinking and contributing to the collective and strategic. To ensure that Iris Care Group is a leader in the field of high quality innovative services that meet the needs of each individual service user whilst remaining pro-active in its approach to growing and developing new services.
