Melton Borough Council is seeking a Senior Estates Surveyor and Capital Programme Manager to help shape the future of our diverse property portfolio and drive forward an ambitious capital programme.

We have an exciting and evolving capital programme, along with a varied commercial property portfolio that includes offices, light industrial units, car parks, shops, leisure centres, and other assets. Our goal is to use these assets strategically to support sustainable growth and infrastructure development across the borough.
This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a newly structured role within our Corporate Property Assets team, working closely with the Corporate Property and Asset Manager and teams across the council to enhance the council’s estate management services.
