Hours: 39 hours per week, 07:30 16:30 Mon Thur & 07:30 to 13:30 Fri

Pay: £20ph+

Since 1995 our client have been serving a global customer base across the aerospace, transport, energy and medical industries. Due to continued growth our client is looking for a Machine Shop Cell Leader with their CNC department. The role will be 30% machining and 70% on driving the team to hit customer requirements.

The candidate:
⦁ Previous experience within aerospace & defense manufacturing.
⦁ Self-motivated individual to drive company vision & coordinate staff.
⦁ KPI focused
⦁ Strong leader with production supervision/management experience.
⦁ Handle escalations & ensure efficiency in production processes.
⦁ Minimal supervision, enforcing best practices for output & quality.
⦁ Responsible for production activities, team leadership & compliance.
⦁ Focus on continuous improvement & safety in manufacturing operations.
