Week 1 – Saturday 14.00-18.00 and Sunday 07.00-11.00
Week 2 – Sunday 14.00-18.00
JOB PURPOSE:
To be a member of a team of Cleaning/General Assistants, to ensure that the highest standards of cleanliness are achieved and maintained in all areas of Dewars Centre and its environs.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Operational Duties
Key Tasks
• To maintain high standards of cleanliness within all areas of Dewars Centre
• To assist in maintaining the desired image of Dewars Centre through a welcoming, friendly approach to all customers
• To supervise and assist Centre users within general areas of the complex
• To assist in the setting out and clearing away of equipment and furniture as required
Health and Safety
Key Tasks
• To comply with the requirements of the Health & Safety at Work Act 1974 and all supplementary legislation. Ensure safety of children in care at all times
Training
Key Tasks
• To attend regular staff training sessions, be they held in-house or externally
General
Key Tasks
• To ensure you are physically fit to carry out your duties at all times
• To carry out other reasonable duties as may be required
• Maintain confidentiality and observe data protection guidelines
