Summary
We are a 6th generation family farming company specialising in growing carrots & parsnips.
The role is based at our site in Shenstone Staffordshire. The working hours will be fairly typical for a farm during harvest and drilling and will largely be dictated by the weather and 7 day a week working may be necessary on occasions.
Job Requirements
Key activities:
• Tractor-work
• Machinery operation
• Working safely and in accordance with health & safety protocols
• Any other tasks commensurate with the job level
Required essential experience skills and qualifications
• Full clean driving licence
• Previous tractor driving experience
Desired experience skills and qualifications
• Certificates of competence in operating a telescopic handler and in driving a tractor would be an advantage.
• Work individually and part of a team.
• Basic Machinery maintenance
• Previous harvest experience
