An opportunity has arisen within the Development and Sales team at Coastline Housing and we are seeking an enthusiastic, capable individual to join us as a Development Officer.
In this role, you will support our Development Managers and the wider team, by project managing a programme of schemes and a range of affordable housing projects in Coastline’s current portfolio. You will also assist in the identification and delivery of new business opportunities.
Responsibilities include preparing and maintaining scheme files, accurate record keeping, attending site meetings and liaising with internal and external stakeholders around the handover process, including snagging, defect inspections and sign-off.
Our Values are at the core of what we do, so first and foremost we are looking for someone who will:
Put our customers first
Be open, honest and accountable
Strive to be the best
Value each other
You will be passionate about Coastline’s mission; to help solve the housing crisis in Cornwall, and recognise the part you play in helping us achieve this.
You will be a self-motivated individual, have a keen eye for attention and detail, someone able to communicate with stakeholders at all levels, and be able to navigate tight deadlines, prioritise workloads and manage your own time effectively. While the position is primarily based in our Redruth Office, our team operates in an agile manner, affording opportunities for remote work as needed.
