Summary
We are seeking an experienced Harvest Supervisor to oversee daily field operations, specialising in broccoli and cauliflower.
The Role
As Harvest Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
• Leading a team of 50+ harvest staff, and motivating them to achieve excellence in productivity and quality.
• Ensuring compliance with all health and safety, food safety, and environmental regulations.
• Managing crop traceability and ensuring best practices are followed across all field operations.
What We're Looking For
• Experience and knowledge of “walking the field” is essential.
• Experience of farm operations and supervision of farm workers.
• Knowledge of broccoli and cauliflower crops and a willingness to learn.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to build, motivate, and manage teams effectively.
• Russian language competency would be an advantage.
• Driving licence essential and some tractor driving experience.
