TeacherActive are looking for a Learning & Development Consultant to join our successful, award-winning L&D team. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and delivering engaging e-learning content to support the growth and development of our recruitment teams across multiple branches. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about digital learning, instructional design, and enhancing employee performance through innovative training solutions.

As a Learning and Development Consultant, you’ll…

Design & develop: Create e-learning content tailored to the needs of recruitment consultants and branch teams.
Apply Instructional Design Best Practises: Utilise instructional design principles to create engaging digital learning experiences, including video tutorials, interactive modules, quizzes, and job aids.
Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs): Translate knowledge into structured, effective training materials.
Manage the Learning Management System (LMS): Deliver and track e-learning programs.
Evaluate Training Effectiveness: Via feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
Keep up with Industry Trends: Ensure that e-learning content remains engaging and effective.
Support Blended Learning: integrate e-learning with instructor-led training where applicable.

Prior experience and understanding of Microsoft Power Point and Excel would be ideal, as well as a keen eye for designing engaging training material.
