Summary
· organises timetable of activities/schedule of training, training camp and competitions
· ensures that facilities are kept clean and in good condition and that appropriate health and safety requirements are adhered to
· promotes publicity in relation to beginner's sessions, kids sessions and senior sessions
· determines staffing, fencing equipment and other short and long-term needs
· recruits an assistant coach
・supports club's session when the head coach is going to competition with club's fencers
・At all times recognising the issue of physical disability and ensuring the support of disabled persons and promotion of focus on paralympic sports
-The skills/experience/qualification
・People who have worked in the HR department or experience in a similar role
・Experience of fencing sports as players or coach for over 5years
・knowledgeable about physical disability, support of disabled persons and paralympic sports
