Description
We are seeking an innovative and motivated Engagement and Improvement Lead to join our team, focusing on the enhancement of organizational engagement practices and promoting a culture of continuous improvement. Responsibilities
Develop and execute engagement strategies that align with organizational goals.
Analyze employee feedback and engagement metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Lead initiatives aimed at fostering a positive workplace culture and employee satisfaction.
Facilitate training sessions and workshops to promote best practices in engagement and improvement.
Collaborate with leadership to create communication plans that effectively convey engagement initiatives.
Measure and report on the effectiveness of engagement programs, providing recommendations for enhancements.
Drive continuous improvement projects that enhance operational efficiency and employee engagement.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in an engagement or organizational development role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations.
Demonstrated ability to lead change initiatives and motivate diverse teams.
Experience in conducting workshops, training sessions, and presentations.
Ability to work collaboratively across departments and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
