we’re looking for a production operative to join us on our continuous journey of true nourishment

the role |

as a production operative at wagamama, you’ll work in our central team to assist in the production of our sauces and gyozas that are distributed to all of our restaurants across the globe. you’ll de-box, de-bag and decant ingredients ready for production. you'll assist with mixing, weighing, preparing, bagging, boxing and packing of sauces or gyoza, following our recipes + specifications. you’ll embody the wagamama way and form part of a diverse and inclusive team

what we look for |

we're looking for a team player and keen learner, someone who is able to work morning shifts starting as early as 6am or evening shifts finishing as late as midnight. you'll have an eye for detail, and an individual who will support their team in achieving full compliance and delivering best quality throughout the shift. you don't need previous experience working in a production unit. just a great attitude + a willingness to learn, we'll teach you the rest!
