Summary

McGinley are looking for an experienced Groundworker with a strong background in culvert construction and maintenance to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in drainage, excavation, and reinforced concrete structures, particularly in the installation, repair, and reinforcement of culverts. A full UK driving licence is required for this role.

Duration: Ongoing

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install and maintain culverts, including precast concrete, box culverts, and pipe culverts.
  • Carry out drainage works, including manholes, stormwater systems, and sewer connections.
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations, including working in confined spaces if required.
  • Collaborate with engineers and site managers to complete culvert-related projects efficiently.
Requirements:
  • CSCS card (Essential)
  • Experience in culvert installation, drainage, and excavation
  • CPCS/NPORS tickets for plant operation (Preferred)
  • Ability to work in all weather conditions and follow strict safety protocols
