Summary
Act as professional role model, providing direct and indirect clinical care, teaching and research as role requires within the Trust. To develop, implement, monitor, evaluate and aim to continually improve systems, standards and processes to support clinical practice development for all clinical roles within the Trust Support the Consultant Paramedic in an appropriate range of projects, To work as part of a team that develops Trust strategies, policies, procedures and practices in relation to research, clinical practice, education and supervision. To represent the trusts interests as key stakeholder at forums & groups locally and nationally influencing strategic agendas.
