About Us

UK Addiction Treatment (UKAT) was established in 2014 and operates eight rehabilitation centres across the UK, offering 200 beds for medical detox and therapeutic recovery. We support individuals struggling with various addictions, including alcohol, cocaine, cannabis, heroin, prescription drugs, eating disorders, and gambling. Our facilities include en-suite rooms, gyms, and full on-site medical units, ensuring the highest standard of care.

Your Role as an Admissions Coordinator
You’ll play a vital role in guiding individuals on their recovery journey, ensuring a smooth and supportive admissions process.

Key Responsibilities:

Responding to telephone and email enquiries
Assessing potential clients and recommending suitable treatment pathways
Liaising with clients and funders to gather pre-admission information
Managing financial processes, including invoices and payments
Keeping accurate and up-to-date records of clients and funders
Building relationships with referral sources
Producing monthly performance reports

Who We’re Looking For:

We need someone who is confident, compassionate, and resilient, someone who can connect with clients over the phone, reassure them, and encourage them through the admissions process. First-hand experience of the recovery process or prior work in addiction services is essential for this role. We are looking for individuals who can bring personal insight or professional expertise to support those on their recovery journey.

Key Skills & Requirements

Ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively
Strong computer skills and confidence using online databases
Proven success in outbound calls, call-backs, and time management
Ability to understand client needs and provide tailored support
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Empathy, patience, and a commitment to helping others
