Summary

We are currently recruiting for 4 EO2s for our client based in Belfast,Shankill Road . The successful candidates will be required to start once the vetting paperwork and ANI completed.

Start date: ASAP

Rate of pay: £14.50

Duration: 51 weeks

Hours of work: Full time 37 Hours per week

No holidays in the first 8 weeks due to the training period.

Job Role -

Customer Compliance Officer (CCO) for the Benefit Security Division.

The role of EO2 Customer Compliance Officer is focused around identifying fraud and error in the benefit system.

Customer Compliance is the term for the action taken to ensure a benefit claimant gives the correct information and reports all relevant changes at the right time during the life of the benefit claim.

In most Customer Compliance cases a robust and challenging telephone interview takes place with the benefit claimant to ensure correct benefit entitlement.

Officers complete a set number of calls per month to achieve a % outcome against branch targets. When not engaged in scheduled telephone interviews with benefit customers, Customer Compliance Officers will be interrogating the various benefit systems to prepare for interviews, completing follow up calls and receiving calls to gather required information, scheduling, and preparing further interviews, examining information to prepare case files and record outcomes

Essential Criteria applicants must have:

  • five GCSE/GCE passes (at A, B or C) with Maths and English
  • Plus 2 A Levels or equivalent
  • Proof will be required at the first stage of registration. Without this we cannot take your application forward.

  • Excellent IT skills, including use of Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proven ability to use own initiative.
