Summary
This FE college in Romford are looking for a Job Coach
We require the ideal candidate to have the following Essential skills and abilities:
· Be well organised, reliable and punctual
· Evidence of relevant industrial experience - customer service can also be relevant as this is a very people skilled role
· Possess strong communication skills and be confident in meeting targets
· Have some knowledge of recruitment trends and how to support young people transitioning in paid work
· Enthusiasm for the Supported Internship Program and ability to impart this to motivate learners and employers
Desirable criteria:
· Candidate has experience of working in a FE College setting
· Candidate has experience of working in an educational establishment
· Desirable experience working with SEND, or having some experience with SEND in a personal level. (It can be taught in the role)
Working hours per week:
Hours per week: 36 hours Mon-Fri (Mondays is a College day, if the right candidate needs 4 days)
Hours to be worked: Time table to be confirmed.
