Summary


The post holder will coordinate and provide administrative support for all training activity through the Education Team. There will be a focus on the effective, smooth delivery of all the training.

They will manage and maintain complex relations with candidates, service users and trainingproviders,aswell asprovideadministrativesupporttotheteamasrequired.They are responsible for general promotion of training programmes with the expectation of supporting the coordination of recruitment and promotional events in and outside theTrust.

Assist Education team manager to set up dates for all the internal courses delivered by the Practice Educators for the HCAs/RNs in the Trust. Liaise with the communication team to ensure regular training are advertised and update the intranet page. LiaisingwiththeLearningandOrganisationteammangertoinputallthe training dates to the online booking system for the staff to book places. You will link withwards/departmentstoadvertisethetrainingdates and coordinateeachtrainingdaytoensuresmoothrunningofsessions. You will support theteaminadministrativeandclericalwork including ordering and stock taking, database management of work drives, minute taking and other office duties.

Our small friendly and warm team comprises of nurses who work closely together to provide core clinical skills and training to clinical staff and students to develop their competency and confidence to provide a high quality care to patients. The role is based at ESTH across two office sites.

You will support the Education team in the smooth running of all the training preparing all training resources/relevant workbooks before each session. You will support the trainers with following non-attendees and update the system with this information to ensure accurate and up to date record keeping. You will be responsible for filing/recordkeepingforall theLearningandDevelopmentactivities and maintain the databaseforall thetrainingrecordstohelpgenerateareport. You will work with other educators, ward managers, admin staff, training providers, other disciplines and colleagues.
