* Execute plating tasks with precision on steel and stainless steel components.
* Interpret technical drawings and specifications to complete plating processes accurately.
* Prepare and position metal components for plating.
* Perform quality checks to ensure all plated components meet company and industry standards.
* Maintain and operate plating equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
* Adhere to safety protocols and best practices in a manufacturing environment.
* Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
**Requirements:**
* Proven experience as a Plater with a focus on steel and stainless steel.
* Proficiency in metal plating techniques and processes.
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
