In your role you’ll:
- Plan, execute, and monitor technology projects from start to finish, making sure we meet project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Coordinate project activities, gathering requirements, and allocating resources and tasks.
- Engage with key stakeholders, including teams, leaders, and external partners, to understand their technology needs.
- Manage stakeholder expectations, providing regular project updates, and addressing concerns and issues.
- Identify, assess, manage, and mitigate project risks and issues throughout the project’s lifecycle.
- Proactively escalate critical risks or issues as appropriate and provide recommended solutions or mitigation plans.
- Put quality assurance processes and standards in place.
- Conduct regular reviews, inspections, and testing to validate project outcomes.
- Manage project performance metrics and address any quality concerns.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement.
- Evaluate project management methodologies, tools, and practices to identify opportunities for optimisation and efficiency.
- Seek feedback to drive ongoing improvement.
- Be a great team player and doing what it takes to keep the business moving forward.

- Experience in technical project management, ideally within the housing industry.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- Understanding of technology infrastructure, systems, and software development lifecycle.
