The successful candidate will:Act as keyworker for patients with Retroperitoneal Sarcoma offering an accessible and visible point of contact and coordination of care across the patient journeyProvide continuous ongoing assessment of information and support needs of patients and carers, signposting to other sources of information and support, referring to specialist services if required.Demonstrate the use of evidence based specialist practice and knowledge in the care of Sarcoma patients.Play an active role in the continual development of the Sarcoma service.
