Using manufacturer diagnostic equipment
Answering the phone and dealing with customers in a polite manner
Working well as part of a team
Positive and calm attitude in unplanned situations
Good attendance
Requirements:
6+ years experience in motor mechanics
Must hold a UK driving licence
City and Guilds Level 3 qualification or equivalent
