Summary
AmTrust International are seeking a Head of Specialty Claims, to join our team based in our London office.
This senior leadership role has dual responsibility as the Head of Claims (SMF18) for AmTrust International's non-European insurance business; and provides oversight as Head of Specialty Claims across our entire Specialty business.
As the SMF18 you will have responsibility for our run-off business and active lines, through direct handling and through management of third-party administrators; and as the Speciality claims leader, have an overarching responsibility for the Claims function, and accountability for the Claims Target Operating Model. Key to this role is the ability to develop and guide on effective strategies surrounding complex claims, harnessing data to drive critical decision making.
To be successful, you will have extensive experience gained within a complex/large loss claims environment, with a specific focus of managing within a delegated model. You must demonstrate executive-level leadership combined with superior technical claims knowledge. Experience gained within construction, property and/or professional indemnity would be a strong advantage.
