Salary: To £28,000

The Role:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Outbound Collections Team Manager to become a key part of the team through
motivating and driving high performance within your team in order to meet and exceed our contractual debt targets.

Key Responsibilities:

* Day to day management of our Outbound Collections and income maximisation team within our busy contact centre
* Motivate and develop a team of 10 by ensuring regular communication and engagement through 1:1s, feedback, recognition and
wider engagement initiatives
* Drive productivity and performance against contractual and operational targets
* Ensuring right party contact to plan / payment rates are at acceptable levels
* Identify opportunities to continually improve the Customer journey and support on development of Collections strategies
* Provide recommendations and take relevant actions to mitigate any issues that impact the quality of the overall Customer
Experience
* Manage performance and adherence of team members identifying any training and/ or coaching opportunities
* Coach and develop existing team members to drive a high-performance culture
* Manages escalated Customer issues that are not resolved at the team member level




What you’ll need:

The successful candidate will have proven experience of leading a team in a Collections environment with the use of a dialler

* You will have an understanding of excellent customer service, the ability to drive performance, coach and inspire others to
exceed customers’ expectations
* You will need to be a leader who is a positive role model for a team of advisors, as well as being flexible and organised, with
the ability to develop others to achieve results and their potential
* Having strong communication skills, you will be people and team orientated with the ability to build strong relationships
* Hands-on and commercially orientated, you will be attracted to this opportunity to build a strong team that exceeds contractual
targets within the Collections arena




You’ll work 37.5 hours per week on a rota basis to cover the opening hours of the Centre, working approximately one Saturday in
three (dependant on outbound collections needs)
