Summary
Looking for an experienced Tandoori Chef who will be responsible for expertly preparing and cooking a wide range of traditional Indian/Bengali dishes, primarily focusing on food cooked in a Tandoor oven, including meats, seafood, vegetables, and naan, utilising specialised techniques and ingredients specific to Tandoori cuisine, while maintaining high standards of food quality and hygiene; key duties include operating and maintaining the Tandoor oven, creating new Tandoori dishes, and potentially overseeing a team of junior kitchen staff.
