About the job

Applicants are invited to apply for the role of Warehouse Operative. The job will involve picking and packing customer orders. This requires a high level of attention to detail and accuracy to avoid the wrong orders being sent. Along with this the candidate will also be involved in processing incoming stock. This entails checking purchase order quantities are correct and booking the items into stock. The work will include working on computers using our inventory software.

The role will be permanent, full time: 5 days a week, 8am-5pm, Mon-Fri. This is a warehouse based job and will require spending most of the time in stood up working within the warehouse. The applicant will need to be content with this. If the successful applicant shows a good understanding of the role and works in a conscientious and diligent manner there could be the opportunity of progression in the future within the company.

About the successful applicant

In the interview stages the candidate will be require to show past examples of accuracy and good attention to detail. It will be important that they can demonstrate a good understanding of basic computer skills. Past experience in warehousing is good however it is not critical. Training will be given to the successful applicant. Due to the role being in a small growing company, reliability is essential.
