About the job

Applicants are invited to apply for the role of Customer Service Representative. The job will involve working with customers to take orders, and deal with product enquiries. This requires a level of social skills and a professional attitude towards the customer. The work will include replying to emails, answering the phone and using our computer inventory software.

The role will be permanent, full time: 5 days a week, 9am-5pm, Mon-Fri. This is an office based job and will require spending most of the time in an office environment, but will require you to also go into the warehouse on a regular basis. The applicant will need to be content with this. Wage will be dependant on experience and performance. If the successful applicant shows a good understanding of the role and works in a conscientious and diligent manner, there could be the opportunity of progression in the future within the company.

About the successful applicant

In the application stages the candidate will be required to show past examples of accuracy and good attention to detail. It will be important that they can demonstrate a good understanding of basic computer skills. Past experience in customer service is desirable however not essential. Social skills are also very important. On-the-job training will be given to the successful applicant. Due to the role being in a small growing company, reliability will be essential.
