At Lime Tree Day Nursery we provide a ‘home from home’ environment so that the children in our care feel happy, relaxed, safe and secure. We have a network of nurseries across the Loughborough and Barrow-upon-Soar areas providing inspiring and well-maintained settings with a caring team.
We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a full time Senior nursery Practitioner
You must be Level 3 or above Qualified in Childcare with previous experience of working in a nursery environment
Key responsibilities include….
· Opening and closing the nursery at the beginning and the end of the day
· Working closely with the Manager and team to promote a positive, happy, professional environment to work in.
· ability to motivate and mentor a team
To be successful …
· Be confident and professional working with Management and staff and be able to listen, support and stay calm in busy, sometimes challenging, situations.
· Have the ability to work in a fast paced, ever-changing environment.
· Be willing to multi-task and communicate effectively in a positive and proactive way.
· Be approachable to all staff and act in a confidential manner.
· You must be fun loving and use your own initiative
