Skills & Experience:

Broad Vocational Training.
Comprehensive knowledge and experience of relevant process or procedure, specialised equipment or software systems.
Understanding of data management systems with the ability to interpret, analyse and present data
Significant experience demonstrating development through involvement in a series of relevant work roles.
Significant experience in using it in an office environment including microsoft packages and nonstandard software packages
Some experience, supervisory and training for employees.
Proven written and verbal communication skills.
Good customer liaison and communications skills.
Ability to organise the workload of the team.



What's involved with this role: Your role is to provide specialist administrative and operational support to social care professionals within Children’s Services. You will coordinate and facilitate the smooth running of the team, monitor performance, ensure compliance with relevant regulations and legislation, and actively contribute to service improvement initiatives, ensuring high-quality support for children and families.

Key responsibilities:

Take an active role in delivering successful outcomes for children and families, including the planning and coordination of a range of activities to support the team’s performance and meet objectives, targets and timescales.
Be an expert administrator providing an efficient and courteous service to young people and wider stakeholders continually monitoring and reviewing administrative support systems and processes to improve service delivery.
Provide a high level of technical support and expertise in order to utilise and maximise ICT systems and technologies ensuring that the most efficient administrative processes and systems are in place.
Responsible for the provision and maintenance of accurate records and information management including confidentiality, compliance with the Data Protection Act, General Data Protection Regulation and Information Governance.
