Summary
To assist the Lead in the running of the practice Contact Centre; ensuring resource is appropriately monitored and prioritised for all inbound calls to be answered promptly and professionally, and to ensure eConsults are administered within the designated timescale. Maintain regular call audits to ensure patients are treated with respect, with a helpful and friendly attitude, and signposted to the most appropriate staff member / service.
