Crynodeb
Responsible for the provision, development and supervision of clinical skills and simulation within the Medical Education department at Wrexham Maelor Hospital Facilitating research and development in skills and simulation education within medical education at Wrexham Maelor Hospital. To take a lead role and work as a simulation / clinical skills tutor to enhance and improve the clinical competency of multidisciplinary staff, ensuring that a high standard of clinical care is maintained. To devise, provide and evaluate training and education programmes to support the development of skills, knowledge and attitude required by all grades of staff to ensure the delivery of competent, high quality patient care. To plan, facilitate and deliver a range of clinical skills / simulation training sessions for undergraduate and postgraduate staff including but not limited to e.g. other Health Board staff and external agencies.
